The property and capital committees are looking for parishioners’ feedback and opinions before undertaking a new campaign for Holy Angels Church. There are numerous projects/repairs/maintenance items within the Church that will require significant funds to undertake them.
Currently, Holy Angels Parish maintains a debt with the Diocese in the current amount of $ 610,500. To proceed with any new projects, and be able to access additional required financing, the current loan must be paid off and 70% of the funds for any new project must be raised.
The Property Committee is seeking your input to determine which projects are a priority for you, what level of funding commitment can be achieved, and to see if your concerns are being addressed.
The projects have been grouped into 4 ‘buckets’. The individual projects within each group have commonality or/and are part of an overall plan moving forward. While all the work must be undertaken and completed over time, assessing the priority for completion, timing for each group, and availability of funding must be determined. Below is a brief description of the prioritized and necessary 4 main ‘buckets’.
