• Sponsor cannot be a Parent/Legal Guardian. 

• Sponsor must be 16 years old at the time of Candidates Confirmation. 

• Sponsor must have Sacraments within the Catholic Church (Baptism/Communion/Confirmation). 

• Sponsor is to be actively involved in the Catholic Church and practicing their faith.  

• Sponsor must be living. 

• If your preferred sponsor is unable to attend due to illness or distance a proxy adult can stand in their place at the confirmation and your preferred sponsor will still be your sponsor for the confirmation.

If you have your sponsors information please fill it out.  If you don't yet please still register but know we will be asking for the information well prior to the confirmation.  Please also submit a scan or picture of baptismal certificates as soon as possible after registering to [email protected].
